buuuut i wanted to practice rain and if i would have drawn her in her white dress in the rain.. that would just look weird.

This is really cool.

I really love everything about this picture. The bold blue color, the presence of warm light and pink as well as shadow contrast. In overall very good. ^^ Not to mention her cute expression and unusually bright eyes that give that little something. The rain I think kind of helps to collect everything together.
